Yesterday was the O Level Results day. I think Saint Nicks did quite well this year, and we got the most number of people who got 10 A1s, I think. I guess either shows that we got our program right, or SN people are hardworking. I don't know about the majority of the Sec 4s, though. I only saw the papers and there are like pictures of those 4 who did like mighty well splashed on different papers. My batch is going to take the Os next year, 2008. I guess it's quite freaky to be sitting for a national exam for the second time. Like, this national exam which you take at 16, will totally determine which direction your life is headed for. But that doesn't mean if you do badly your life will be ruined, though it won't give you a very good headstart in work life. I think at my rate if I sat for the Os now I would totally flunk the paper. I haven't even been studying seriously yet, just doing basic stuff the teacher asks us to do. And all the 4 years work just boils down to this one paper which is supposed to be all we have learnt. I need to cut down on my show and just work hard, need to do well!
But just how hard it is for me to stop watching my shows? It's super hard. I mean my shows are like, my life, and I feel they're there for me as a form of de-stressing and relaxing. The thing is that I can't overdo it or I'll get addicted (which is exactly what is happening now), and not do my work and just watch and watch. Then after watching I'll feel super guilty and just totally blame myself for not having enough control and not doing my work and not preparing for tests or whatsoever. I really should improve or I'll totally die in Sec4.
On to Goong S, anyway. The show now is super nice cause Lee Joon (<3) and Lee Hoo are actually really really nice people! Shin Sae Ryung is like, boo, she keeps trying to lead both Hoo and Joon on cause she wants a 'better future', and more choices, I guess. She just wants to marry the future king. And I think although she has that ambition, she still likes Lee Joon and wants him to be king. But now too bad, both of them like Yang Soon Ae so it's a good thing, and I think Sae Ryung feels it and doesn't like Yang Soon Ae at all. Well that's what you get for being too greedy all the time.

School is quite fun nowadays!! There's no more tests this week as Bio and Lit were on Monday, and next week is Valentine's Day and during the weekend it's gonna be New Year and we can have fun again. Our class decoration is going on very good, it's super cute this year! With Lingli and Yilin in the committee, they're just like working so hard on the decoration this year and stuff! :D
I LOVE GOONG S!!!!! :DLEE JOON = <3I think it's just me, unfortunately. Let's see what the Chinese paper said on Tuesday 060207. The first episode of Goong S in Korea received 15.3% ratings, but the last episode only 9%. There are three reasons as to why Goong S did not fare well in Korea, deduced by the critics. So here goes.
1. The first season of Goong was a huge success, because of the new concepts like Korean royalty, the Hwang Sil, traditional Korean culture, many people found the new idea very refreshing and that attracted the huge amount of viewers. Whereas when Goong S was made and they played the whole Korean royalty thing again, it already lost it's appeal to the audience and viewers. The viewers also had high expectations for Goong S thus when they watched the show and it gave them a oh it's just like that feel, they lost their interest in it.
2. As most of the actors and actresses in the show were first timers, they did not have very good acting skills to be displayed in Goong S. Lee Hoo, played by Se7en, was under the spotlight as it was also his first drama. But the character of Lee Hoo was similar to Chae Gyung, and Se7en's acting did not really shine. Also as a newbie, he only did what was required on the surface and not in depth, thus many viewers have expressed disappointment with his acting.
3. There was also alot of competition from other shows showing at exactly the same time, and all of them were fighting for the most viewers. Compared to Lee Hoo, the main characters of the other two shows from KBS and SBS were more likeable, so maybe this had a big impact on the viewer's ratings too.
Okay, done. See that's why it's the best option to watch on Youtube! You don't need to choose, because then you can watch 2 at the same time, you can watch one and load one, and it's faster, better, and more efficient!! The quality may not be that good, but I'm not going for the quality anyway. I think I'm getting on with the speed and I like the show I'm looking forward!! :D

There's school again tomorrow! I'm getting so so so sick of school. It's like, everyday I go to school, stare at the green walls, stare at the teachers, stare at the darn tests, the homework, everything is getting on my nerves this minute now. I don't want to go back to school! Not for another 5 days?! I love the weekends, when I can talk online with Tessa, watch my Sangdoo Let's Go To School again, look for new
Korean shows to watch although my to watch list is already so long, and just slack around and do nothing or read my Daisy's Back In Town book which Yilin kindly lent me. I think they should totally make school optional.
Then the first day school opens again which is monday which coincidentally is tomorrow, I have a Biology test. Biology test. Which the teacher said would be not easy and we have to study. So I spent about like, 2 hours studying the whole thing sacrificing the time to watch my Prison Break Season 2. Then we got Amaths homework, log, for that matter, and that is totally not easy, and I didn't know how to do a single darn question till Weiyi thought me the first one. My head is totally going to explode doing stupid log questions. Then we also got a lit test this week, I mean
2 tests this week is so much better than 3 tests the previous week but it's better just to even
all of them out and just have like, 1 test a week. Which was what we had in Secondary 2, sometimes even no tests at all for that week, like goooooood.
I totally don't feel like going back to school AT ALL. So here's afew pictures to make me feel happier, let's see if it helps. :)
In here Heo Yi Jae looks like she's got this big huge neck and Park Shin Hye's nose looks big. Se7en looks like he's trying to eat his hair or something. Okay I don't like that picture, so here's another one.

OMG! Can you believe that Song Hye Gyo, the
Korean star who looks like this
Once looked like this? (Notice there's some similarity between the two and try to spot SHG.)
(I think it's the really last one to the left)
I found this picture when I was looking at Soompi Forums, it seems that the previous SHG thread was shut down or something, and they've just got a new one? And there's like 718 pages full of her stuffs, comments, and pictures, that's just like too many to look through in a night. And I've found some petitions too, there's one with Song Hye Gyo and Hyun Bin to star in a drama I think? (If I'm not wrong) And here's a link to petition for Rain and Song Hye Gyo in a new drama again.
Click! Petition! They were really good in Full House too, and I'm watching one of Rain's old dramas cause Goong S has left me stuck at Ep3, with the user having to delete the videos for some permission of rights reason.
I mean don't you think it's really kinda wierd seeing stars when they were young, yes? Seeing them getting their certificate (cause that's what I think I see SHG carrying) and in their formal uniform and all makes you really don't think that they ARE really famous people or idols or whatever. Like they're just
normal people going through Primary, Secondary, JC/Poly Life, then to the Universities and stuff. And you don't really think about them being talent spotted and everything and how they worked so hard to get to this day and being famous.
It's 11:48pm now, I think this is the latest time I've ever posted yet. :)

Oh hoho today youtube was down when I came back from school for a short period of time. I got so irritated with it and while searching for pictures I came across all the subtitles that Goong S has got, Chinese and English, and it amounted to Episode 4! English subtitles stop at Episode 2 though, but I can read Chinese when it's the last resort :)
I'm eating Chicken in a Biscuit now so my hand's super salty and my lips feel like they're all wrinkled up! Boo. Oh and in Goong S Park Shin Hye's character is bad, I think. She just wants to get along well with both guys because she only wants the guy who becomes King and who can give her a better future. :/
Oh well I have been walking home from school these days and I feel so diligent. And when I walk, and I'm alone I guess I think about school. About stuff, school, friends, and lots of other random things. Like Goong S for instance? :D
School these days are a wreck. My usedtobelovelysubjects are all dead now, and I'm so desperately trying to improve on E&A maths, and Amaths is super tough. Like what Mrs Soh said we look at her with this eyes big mouth open look and there's totally no noise when she's teaching, cause everybody knows what she's teaching will soon be very important in the near future. Applicable in tests and EXAMS with captial E-X-A-M.
And the whole week's so busy there's almost something everyday of the week. That's why I'm trying not to take up as many things as I can now and just drop as many as I can. Bye there's a Amath and Chem test next week.
